conference or meeting with these four plans:
The
Complete Meeting Package: Provides overnight lodging
in 15 comfortable, private guest rooms. Package includes: continental
breakfast, luncheon and dinner, along with afternoon beverage and
snack service. $165.00 per person per day. Government/nonprofit
rate: $155 per person per day.
The
Day Meeting Package:
Based
on an 8 hour period, hours are typically 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.,
the Day Meeting Package includes: a continental breakfast and luncheon,
along with afternoon beverage and snack service. $60.00 per person
per day. Government/nonprofit rate: $55 per person per day.
The
Half-Day Meeting Package:
Half-day
(morning), with continental breakfast and luncheon. Or: Half-day
(afternoon), with luncheon and afternoon beverage and snack service.
Morning hours are typically 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.; afternoons,
noon to 4:30 p.m. $40.00 per person per day. Government/nonprofit
rate: $35 per person per day.
The
Evening Meeting Package: Provides
dinner service in our Commons Dining Room and meeting space in one
of our meeting rooms with evening beverage and snack service. $40.00
per person per day. Government/nonprofit rate: $35 per person
per day.
All
packages include: free
wireless Internet; free parking; an ADA compliant, smoke-free
facility; historic building located in a park setting; standard
audio-visual equipment; no added gratuities.

Shorter meetings,
receptions, and special events also may be arranged at the Minnesota
Humanities Center. Prices will be quoted on an event-by-event basis.These
meetings should be scheduled and confirmed within thirty-days of
the event. Beyond 30 days, overnight and full-day meetings must
receive booking priority. Since other priority events could occur
simultaneously, all of the Humanities Center's audio-visual and
specialized conference equipment might not be available. The Humanities
Center reserves the right to provide all food and beverages, along
with rental equipment. Banquets and receptions held in conjunction
with meetings and conferences will be priced separately. The Humanities
Center's dining facilities can seat up to 100 people.
